1. Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at phasegarments@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and clear photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

5. Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages:

PHASE Garments is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, and consider using a secure delivery location.
